During the summer heat you are sweating considerably more and therefore losing \u00a0water quicker from your body. We need water to hydrate the cells in our body. So, become more mindful of how much you are drinking each day. Ideally you should be drinking 1-3 litres of water a day. You can also eat your water intake with foods such as cucumber, lettuce and fresh fruits.<\/p><p><strong>Time of Day<\/strong><\/p><p>Avoiding being out in direct sunlight during the hottest time of day (lunchtime) is a simple and natural way to protect your skin.
