Or witnessing your child learn something new. Or bigger moments such as; getting that new job or buying a new house!<\/p><p>You can find joy all around you, you just have to open yourself up to seeing and feeling it!<br \/><br \/>By opening yourself up and consciously choosing to bring more joy into your life, you reap the health benefits.\u00a0<br \/><br \/>1. Get really clear on what brings you joy<br \/>2. Then schedule in that thing that sparks your joy<br \/>3. Make your joy as regular as possible (daily if you can)<br \/><br \/><strong>Ways to help manifest more joy<\/strong><br \/><br \/>1. Practice Gratitude (e.g. write 10 things each day that you are grateful for)<br \/>2. Offering Gifts of Service (offer your time to help another person)<br \/>3. Surround yourself with uplifting\/ positive people<br \/><br \/><strong>4 things you can ask yourself to help manifest more joy\u00a0<\/strong><br \/><br \/>1. Think about the last time you experienced full-bodied joy<br \/><br \/>2. Ask yourself 'what were you doing?'<br \/><br \/>3. What else elicits that feeling of joy? (go with your gut when answering this)<br \/><br \/>4.
