Get the kids involved and make it an opportunity to experiment with food and create a positive attachment to healthy foods.<\/p><p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><br \/>1 Mango<br \/>Runny honey<br \/>natural yoghurt<br \/>vanilla bean extract<br \/>strawberries<br \/><br \/><strong>Method<\/strong><br \/>1. blend mango in food processor, transfer to a jug add 2-3 (depending on how sweet you want to make it)\u00a0tbsp of honey &amp;\u00a0stir.<br \/>2. pour mixture into lolly\u00a0 moulds. Then freeze for 2 hours.<br \/>3. Once mango frozen, put the yoghurt (6 tbsp, dash of vanilla bean extract, 2-3 tsp\u00a0honey in bowl &amp; stir.<br \/>4. Spoon the mix of yoghurt etc over the mango in each lolly mould. Then freeze for another 2 hours<br \/>5. After the 2 hours, blend the strawberries and add 2-3 tsp honey.\u00a0<br \/>6. Pour strawberry mixture over frozen yoghurt and insert lolly sticks &amp; freeze for another 2-3 hours<br \/>7. When ready to enjoy... run warm water over the mould to help release lolly<br \/><br \/>Enjoy with the little people\u00a0<br \/><br \/>Note: you can vary the quantity of each ingredient to suit your ice lolly moulds.
